Delivery fees are based on delivery location. Earth Source has minimum requirements for local delivery. If you find at checkout local delivery is not available, it may be because you have not reached our minimum requirement or are out of our local delivery area. If this is the case, please call us and we will help you find a solution, otherwise you can always try adding more to your order to meet the minimum. Minimum orders are set according to your zip code and total sale.
The purchaser is required to be present to accept and sign for delivery. The driver will take a picture of purchase upon completion of delivery.
Earth Source also offers (1) cubic yard carrying sacks. These carrying sacks make it convenient to transport products in your personal vehicle or trailer without making a mess or make it more convenient to reach a difficult area in your yard. You must purchase each super sack. Each super sack carries (1) cubic yard of material.
Shipping Restrictions:
Earth Source does not provide delivery outside our local delivery zones, nor do we use a 3rd party delivery service. You are welcome to hire a 3rd party delivery service, a release form is required to release an order's items to a 3rd party.
Handling Time:
Most orders are available for pickup in less than one hour.
For local delivery, an Earth Source associate will confirm with you the date and time estimation for your delivery. If you purchase online, an Earth Source associate will call to confirm your delivery time and date. Most orders that require delivery are available for delivery the next business day, however this may not always be the case, depending on time, season, and day of order.
