Queen Palm

The Queen Palm grows to a height of 25-50 feet (7.5-15 meters) and has a spread of 15-25 feet (4.5-7.5 meters). Its leaves reach a length of 18-36 inches (46-91 cm) and it is not native to North America, with a range limited to USDA Hardiness Zones 9B through 11 in central and southern Florida, southern Texas, and coastal and southern California.

This palm thrives in full sun and well-drained acidic soils, and pruning should be done with caution to prevent tree decline.
